Pretty amazing Paul. All that sheet rock work by yourself and those are the large sheets too, right? You must be a tired dog by now. I can see doing the walls, but doing that ceiling must be the killer. Rob-

Agreed Paul. I know that hanging drywall is tough. I have two small pieces to replace at my place and I was whining about having to carry a 1/2" - 4' x 8' sheet at the local Lowes... It looks great!

Hahaha, you think that's bad? I have a small 16" x 16" hole under the counter behind the kitchen sink island. There was a leak in the pipes a couple years ago and I had to cut that out to fix and dry it. Well, I guess it's dry by now? I've been whining about fixing it for 2 years waiting for someone to carry the patch in for me. I guess I better get it patched up before Loretta sees what Paul does by himself. She already saw his dang doors and now I'm stuck with that too. lol ... This a dangerous thread for guys like me. Rob-

Thanks guys I appreciate the kind words and encouragement. The ceilings are being done with 12ft boards and the walls with both 12 and 8ft boards.Believe it or not the easiest part of the job is applying the 12 footers to the ceiling, of course that is due to the lift, I truely love that lift

Well the second spare bedroom is about done, I only have to sand and apply another coat of spar poly. The door and window casings are solid cherry and the baseboards are solid maple. Now I can start on the large center space family room and the bathroom. Paul

The progress inches along, doing the 12ft boards on the wall is a little difficult to do alone, but the horizontal seam taping is much easier. This wall will be where a flat screen tv will go, thats why the boxes for the outlet and cable feed are high on the wall center. The angle cuts in the doghouse dormer were a pain to install and they are a pain to tape. Paul
