Well, I got the tractor back to work after the throw out bearing repair. The creeping in neutral seems to have gone away. I guess it was normal after all so I'm not worried about it? I got a lot of little things fixed on the Kama before getting it out of the barn. But not before I painted the loader red. I've always liked the way Brad's Koyker 195 looked, so I decided to copy him. I ordered new decals from Koyker and they are on the way. It was a good opportunity to clean all the pins and bushings and check for wear. I've had the loader on for 3-1/2 years and never taken it off before. As usual, Loretta was out there helping me clean it all up. Then she helped me mask off some parts and we started painting the components. . Rob-

Just before that, I've always had a problem getting a grease nipple to the end of the loader arm. To get to it you have to raise the loader up a certain amount. It was always a problem getting the grease gun on and then getting it off. So I added a couple of Zerk fitting on top where I could get to them easily. I added 2 per bushing because I could not put one in the middle because of the seam there. When I got it all together, it looked pretty good. Here are a couple photos of it cleaned up and ready to work. I didn't wast any time getting back to that spot where the clutch went out. After moving some dirt, I got to the logs we wanted to saw up and split for firewood. I also replaced a busted rear tail light, a busted front headlight and fixed some puncture holes in the grill. Then I repaired the brake light switch and adjusted the brakes. I also got a mechanical oil pressure gage since my sending unit was broken. There was a lot of wear and tear over the last 3-1/2 years, and this was a good opportunity to get some of the well needed repairs done

Nice work Rob! Great to see Huge back at work. I got one of those right angle grease gun adapters from HF for those zerks. It would be great except it leaks like a #$%^& instead of putting the grease where it belongs. Your fix is much better. So there wasn't much wear on the pins and bushings?
Thanks for the mention but my loader is black. PSJ12's is red, I don't know about Jack's.
One more thing: Pace yourself, man. What are you trying to do? Get us all fired?

Looks great Rob, it must feel as new as it looks. I bet the clutch is nice and smooth now. Per Brad - "One more thing: Pace yourself, man. What are you trying to do? Get us all fired?"HaHaHa, That'll be the day. Knowing Rob, he was already restraining himself getting this (and everything else) done so us mere mortals have time to comprehend. What surprises me is he stays still long enough for his pictures to come out crisp and clear. Larry

Hey you guys are kind! I do try hard to keep things up to par except my golf game. It's harder than heck living out my "retirement" years on the ranch. Shees, I don't see how you guys do it? I'll bet ya'll are in better shape than I am. All this running around is bad for my smoking!!! Sorry about that Brad, I thought your loader was the red one but thanks for clearing up that it is Parry's. Looks good like that I think. Those grease fittings underneath used to give me fits. I'll bet I filled up one arm before I noticed I wasn't on the nipple. This was an easy 10 minute fix. OH, did you see what else I did today? I spit shined the wheels ... Rob-

Spit shined them my ass! You painted them REDPretty spiffy, how did you (Loretta) mask them off? Now you better do something about that box blade, it's looking mighty tired and somewhat worn out on the sides, kinda like me . Since building my rake I have not done squat except my day job, cut wood, feed the fire, shovel ashes, paint the master bath and re-organize my shop. I'm ready for another project, maybe it will snow again soon so I can plow it Larry

She did both inside and outside and then the little hubs too. I don't know know how she managed to mask the inside since I could barely get in there to paint. Larry, you amaze me with all you do. About ten times more than I do. I just piddle... Rob-

Personally, I agree with Larry and you should be ashamed of yourself for not touching up "Robo-Blade" and "Robo-Grapple"! Sheesh!!! Retirement is making you soft pal! You didn't even bother to paint the canopy to match!!! OAN, I have wanted to paint all of my tractor and implements with some ALSA paints. www.alsacorp.com/paints.htmIt would look awesome. Maybe some day when I retire (like Rob of course). Don't kid yourselves guys, he is still a 3 handicapper even with only playing once every 6 months. Seriously though buddy, it looks like a new machine. How about some polished SS or chrome "hub caps" or lug nuts for the wheels?!!!

Oooohhh!! I know. When you get the replacement Koyker logos, take them to a graphic sign shop and have them cut out copies in chrome mylar. THAT would really make Huge stand out!

Thanks Ken, Too late about getting the mylar, I already got the logos and safety warning labels and put them on this morning. There are a lot of safety stickers. Just to finish off this thread, here are the photos from earlier today. Tomorrow morning Huge Kama goes back to work pulling out some boulders for my neighbor. Rob-
