Hi Scott,
Nice looking tractor there. Is good to see that everything has arrived ok - I see you have Rob working hard there also !!!
Don't get over excited and go an forget to do your oil changes. The oil that comes out of the engine and tranny's etc is pretty black and thick (mine was anyway) and unknown properties.
Looks like we can look forward to some interesting write ups in the coming months.
Later

Scott's 554 fired right up. He didn't even have the muffler or air cleaner on yet. I think it was still in the crate with the tires off too! Hahaha What a guy! I ripped him off for all the tines on our landscape rakes. I thought they went in every slot. Then he sent me photo showing the tines are in every other slot instead of every single one. Now I have to meet him again to give that shit back to him. I tried to start Loretta's Honey Bee but didn't know how to work the glow plugs so I left it alone for to screw with this weekend. I'll let her start her thread about all the stuff she got. Scott, I see you got all those photos OK then. Did you get the video I sent via cell phone? Rob-

Congratulations Scott ! That sure is one fine looking tractor, so she fired right up? Cool. How hard was it to put on the canopy? I hope you didn't hurt yourself doing that Alright now we are going to have to see some action shots. I thought those landscape rakes looked kind of bare in the on-line pictures. I think they only have half the tines they should have. Maybe get more tines so you can install them in every position? Larry

Yeah, I plan on going out to the shop next week and putting together the backhoe and stick rake. Then I'll get some action shots.

Here's some pics of me using the loader to lift the very heavy bed of the Tipper Trailer to place the Hydraulic Ram.

Is that actually an oil-bath intake filtration system? And the intake runner actually goes through the loader frame? I'm not sure I'd be pleased with that arrangement.
They'll definitely see ya coming down the highway though !!

Hi Scott, Looks like I am way late saying congrats about your new tractor. Oh well better late than never. That sure is a nice looking machine. I wish now I had gotten something bigger than a 35 hp. Live and learn. If I ever get another tractor (which I doubt) it will be bigger like your 55hp. Keep the dirty side down. KIDD

I love your yellow Hornet Scott. It's an awesome looking machine. Have you had a chance to do anything with it other than lift up that dump trailer? When are we gonna see it move some dirt? I'd like to hear how it performs and how strong it is. Did I hear there is a 65hp model now? Rob-

I don't do much Highway driving with the tractor. So the visibility factor is no benefit. Maybe when you take your toothless bitches out on dates with your tractor down the highway a stealthy air cleaner would be an advantage. Especially when you are cruzing the Jr. High School for your next victim.

Your brand of humor is not. But I really am interested in knowing if that's an oil-bath air cleaner.
Is your loader detachable? I pull two pins on my Koyker and back away from it. But if yours works that way, you'd have to uninstall that air cleaner and intake runner first - right?

Guess who I am quoting? "Scott is a Foul/Smart Mouthed TroubleMaker" ;D ;D ;D He should have that under his avatar. Of course Greg, I doubt you earned very high marks in charm school. My Kama has an oil bath air cleaner that looks just like Scott's only with a little less riser. It didn't fit inside the loader so the dealer remoted it to the side of the body with some flex hose. This is the best picture I could find of it. Scott - your loader mounting that Greg so kindly pointed out does look ... different. By the way nice tractor Scott. The self-leveling bucket is sweet. How are the controls for feel? It looks so small with you on it in that 5th picture. I hope it came with a bigger seat than my Kama has. Have fun,

The controls feel good, not super fast tho because of the large rams. There is a hole bored strait thru the FEL support upright. It looks to be very strudy and will have no issues with it. The hose is about 3' dia and is same material as a radiator hose and is a strait shot to the intake approx 10".

Tom (Stumpfield) came out for a visit today and seen The Hornet, The Hornet's STINGER (backhoe) and my extra items. This is Tom next to the massive 3 tyne ripper. You can see how big it is next to the 6' box blade. Here is the Hanmey IGN180 1800mm Supertiller, Hanmey 6' stick rake and Hanmey Post Hole Digger. Quick Release Fork... I'm thinking of converting to a rock bucket / fork attachment. Basically the shaft would remove holding the forks then the rockbucket would attach.
