Also on an Italian site, the same information is available like on the Spanish site. However, on the Italian site, the tractors come in the red/black colour combination. I also guess, that the engine "C490BT EURO3" (4=cyl, 90=bore[mm]) is a certified engine (adding to the cost), meeting the latest European emission standards (EURO 3). Considering the proliferation of these Chinese tractors in Europe, hopefully also the spares and service parts will be supplied in an acceptable amount and manner. Ref:

I am looking at the italian supplied pictures at Foton Italia 404 and Foton Italia 504. I guess the italians have painted one front loader red to match the tractor colour, but what I find more interesting, is that there are two different ways of mount the hydraulics. The red painted front loader doesn't seem to have the joystick control valves. The original black painted front loader TZ04D-404 mounted on the Europard 404 is the one we have ordered and has the joystick valve and mount. I guess the joystick mount gives more flexibility in control of the front loader. Another question I have, is about what seems like a separate hydraulic tank mounted aft of the drivers seat, seen here above on the spanish supplied pictures, and with the detail here: What is the purpose of this separate hydraulic tank, and what benefit does it provide?

What is the purpose of this separate hydraulic tank, and what benefit does it provide? I think it is a air tank ? I have seen pictures of Air pumps/compressors & tanks on Jinma's Ronald Ranch Hand Supply

As far as I know, air systems are fairly common overseas as they pull trailers down the road to town hauling their vegetables etc to sell and use air brakes on the trailers. Notice the large electrical plug? I have that on my 604. I guess they put them on as standard equipment. The German Deutz tractors used to come with two extra seats on the fenders so the family could ride to town together. I saw a Polish tractor with an extra wide seat behind the operators seat for others to ride. Another thing about some tractors colors here in the States, I understand that Futon was sued by New Holland for trying to sell their blue tractors here. The color was a perfect match to the New Holland line. I guess they were afraid of a closely related name being tagged to the Chinese tractor.

Once we got the tractor, we also got with it a wealth of documentation, and in the Parts Catalogue of Foton Euro Leopard Series 40 wheeled tractors I found what others already have mentioned, that it's not an extra hydraulic tank, rather it's part of the Pneumatic Braking System Assembly.
