I am finally getting to visit my property and Kama 554 tractor in OK. It's been a year since I was there last. My wife became very ill but has since recovered. I have several projects planned one of which is to install the bucket grappel I ordered (i'll take pictures if anyone is interested). I had the grapple, hydraulic lines, and fittings all shipped to my property. I will measure my bucket and order a Markham toothbar. I also have to install a second AC unit in the front portion of my Fifth Wheel (one doesn't cool it well in the sun). I will also be looking at modular home sellers and builders in the area as I plan on retiring within the year. I would need a turnkey setup. I also want to go visit another gentleman who posts on TBN and is building a earth covered home in the same local area where my property is located.

Parry, Very good news on your wife's recovery. Congrats on the pending retirement. You're making a big move! Do you have family and/or friends out there or are you "pioneering"? You have some good projects planned, of course we would enjoy seeing pictures. The place that made my workshop (Heritage) also made steel frame home kits. If I was going to build a low maintenance home I would seriously consider one. They must have spun off the home mfg because it's no longer on their site but this one, also in Little Rock, has the same models: www.kodiaksteelhomes.com/models/Brad

In Sequoia county north of Roland just off highway 101 near the Ar. border. Just looked up Locust Grove. You are north of my location. Still pretty mountainy where I am.

Our place is in the hills also. Highway 82 N. out of Tahlequah, 2 1/2/ miles from Peggs. It starts to flatten out a bit on the way to Tulsa from our place, about 40 miles, Tulsa being 65 miles. Good luck on your retirement and our best to your Mrs. PJ
