Roy I`ve always been told to keep it wet/damp for 28days to achieve the hardest concrete. I `ve been trying my best to keep it wet but don`t know if I`ll get to 28days, but it`s been 15days wet so far and it seems to be curing nicely.

Looking good! Is that everything but the trim? With all of those trees you're probably not doing gutters. Maybe some gravel or pavers where the water falls?

Yes Brad you are correct, no gutters and red gravel will eventually surround the perimeter. I put the trim on hold and did the doors first because I felt hanging the doors was safer than having them lay around the job site waiting to get damaged.

Checked Craigs list and found a used 2 post car lift that came out of a service station, it was only 20 miles away so I went and took a look at it and was able to buy it for a little more than it`s scrap value. It is a Benwil and needs a lot of TLC but it is a real heavy duty one about 25yrs old and made in Japan. The Bride was not happy about this latest treasure acquisition, but I was able to sway her and she is getting over it. Paul

I Love that 12x12 foot door, no more folding ROPS for me, I can go through the door with the FEL all the way up.

Thanks Rich, men look at this and see a thing of beauty, women see a hideous pile of junk. I moved the three pieces into the building last night, it`s like Charlie Browns Xmas tree, just needs someone to love it again. Luckily parts are readily available as thousands of these were sold in the US. www.panzittaent.com/PDFs/BENWIL/TPO55.pdf
