I have a 1993 jimna 254. When using it the last couple times, I noticed it was overheating, which I thought was odd. I finally checked the coolant and it was like a gallon and a half low. I filled it up and didn’t think too much about it other than to make sure I check the coolant frequently. I just went outside and ran it at idle for about 10 minutes. I went to check the radiator fluid and it was about half a gallon low already.
There is no white smoke coming from the exhaust and I don’t see coolant coming out of the overflow. I don’t see coolant on the ground either like a leaky hose. It seems like I might have a head gasket issue. Or do you think it might be stuck open thermostat that would be burning at that quickly?
