My 2008 Jinma 284 tractor, and has a ZL-20 loader valve. this valve has been working grate, But I have notice that this valve seem to be a upgraded unit compared to the old valve that I've seen, and I assume had the problems. Even the comparison valves that 3RRL did in 4-08 is different. As I have seed this valve has work without any hiccups, runs smooth, no leaks, and has done everything I've asked of it. although it doesn't have Float or Regen I just can't justify $600 for those fetcher's. I have other implements to buy. So the point of this is that My valve is a stackable unit and it's just a matter of removing the 4 bolts, and adding 1 or more spool valve to it, and replacing the bolts with longer one's. So I am looking to buy one or part of it to test my theory. The first picture is the unit I am looking for. the second one is the old unit It may work, but I can't see enough of it to judge. Let me Know Thank you Turbo

So what exactly are you trying to do? Add another spool? Add Float? That valvle stack looks a lot like part of the one on my backhoe, but I have not seen anyone selling section parts of those anywhere, but I also havn't looked specifically for that either.
What type hose ends do you have on the hoses that attach to the loader valve?

Ronmar ,, Yes I want to add another spool to the stack, so I can install a grapple.

Turbo, I think you are right that you have a stack valve for your loader. And I think you are right that adding another spool would work. Although you would need another control for it (that new spool), of course. As you noted, it is not like the ZL-20 loader valve that came on my wife's 284 Jinma. I gave that one away to Jim a while ago. I hope he has made use of it? Your's looks more like the valve that came on Ken's 354. I will look in my tractor parts for it, because he gave me that valve when he put on a new loader valve. (I hope I remember ) If you can give me the outside dimensions, the physical size of each spool section, I can see if the one I have is the same as yours. If it is, and you think you could use it (or spools from it) I will send it to you. You will need to pay for shipping is all I ask. Rob-

Thanks Rob I appreciate any help you give , dimensions in the picture are from my valve. I have already put a pressure Gage in the pressure port, and it works, if you find it let me know... thanks Robin. As you can see there is a machine area for mating another valve or more.

Robin, I sent you a PM regarding the control valves I have. Please view the attached photos. It turns out I have two valves. One (the larger one) is the ZL30 valve, and the smaller one is off Loretta's 284. It used to be for her rear remotes. The larger valve was the one that Ken gave to me, It was for his loader. It's about 4x6x6...see tape measure for size comparison. The smaller valve is about 4x3x4. You can have either one of them, just tell me which one you prefer. I have your mailing address now, so all I need to know is which valve you want me to send you... Rob-

Wow Robin, I love that valve. Yes, you will be able to control a lot of cylinders with that one. You know I put a 4 spool valve on Loretta's 284, and now I might add another section. I'm planning to make (modify) her box blade so her scarifiers rise and lower hydraulically much like my box blade modification several years ago. Good luck and DO post photos of your project. Rob-
