Here's a photo of the hydraulic fittings on the back of my 604 Foton. The fitting in question is under the arrow. There is no reference to it in the manual. I put a test gage on it and the only way to get any pressure out of it is to raise the three point lift, but, it only indicates 35 lbs of pressure. I tried to contact Northern Tool for answers, but no success there! Anyone have a clue what it's intended purpose is? PJ

It's for a single acting cylinder, like a dump trailer. It is activated by the 3-point lift. My Jinma has one too, not terribly useful.

After receiving a message from Tommy at affordable tractor, he gave me the same message. I'm assuming the arms have to be fully raised to build pressure. I put a test gauge on it and there was only 35 lbs of pressure, but the arms were coming up at the time. I really have no use for that fitting, but am glad to have the information on it. Thanks! PJ
