Greetings all. I'm new to both Foton tractors and to this forum, so please be gentle. The tractor, a 2013 Foton 354 is working out well so far; bought it 3 months ago with approx. 200 hrs on it. It does need some tinkering here and there, nothing major, but I'm getting a crunch using the shuttle. I have a user's manual which gives drawings of both the linkage and the clutch itself, but no information on how to access them. I have seen a helpful post on here about the Jinma354 clutch adjustment which involved dismantling the FEL mount for access. My FEL doesn't appear to mount to the clutch housing at all. I have the floor cover removed in the shuttle control area (need to look in to sloppy linkages there), but see no access to the clutch at all. I'm wondering whether anyone has needed to make this adjustment on the Foton, rather than the Jinma? Hopeful thanks.

I get it. Chinese tractors might be good. But are they any batter than skeets, which take less space and are more functional? The next question would be if they could replace an electrical skeet www.heming-engineering.co.uk/tractors-and-machinery/siromer-small-tractors, which doesn't need fuel expenses and rarely has to get repaired. Even though they are big, Tractors are moving very slowly and need to get repaired every three months. So, I don't see a point in buying one. That is my opinion. Please tell me what do you think about it. I would like to read yours too in the replies.

what is a "skeet"? I'm assuming you're referencing a electric tractor. haven't seen any in the USA as of yet.
