Do you get cell-phone signal at your property?

HaHaHa
No signals where the house is, but there are a few places up the hill in back that get a bar or two of signal. When I first moved out here in '77 I was on a 4 party line, each household on the line had a distinct ring, it wasn't 'till '86 or so when we got our own private line. Oh that reminds me, one time one of our neighbors went on vacation and must have knocked his phone off the hook
none of the rest of us could use the line. after we figured out who was messing us up, I went over to his place with my shotgun and blasted the wires between the pole and his house. He was a little pissed off after he came back and learned what happened. But a man has got to do what a man has got to do, right?
