Incredible progress in the short time after permits Scott. You got a good crew there.
Personally, I thought the place looked huge from the prints. Then you lay it out and it seems small. Then you start framing and it looks huge again, especially after about a million nails and you are still not done. Then after the construction loan is finished and it's time for the mortgage loan payments, it looks bigger than ever !!! ;D ;D.
All of us are overwhelmed at the size of your project ... it's something else. Good to see you are getting after it.

Incredible progress and looking fantastic. Has anyone been affected by lead poisoning from handling the Chinese roof tiles yet? LOL

Inspector is awesome he just comes up and shits bricks and wants to go up to see the view from the second story everytime....  |

Then you start framing and it looks huge again, It takes about 5 minutes to walk around the thing. especially after about a million nails and you are still not done. 215,000 so far ;D Then after the construction loan is finished and it's time for the mortgage loan payments, it looks bigger than ever !!! No loan... Just no stone unturned. I have payback to do but my loan will be between 400-500K All of us are overwhelmed at the size of your project ... it's something else. Dude! everytime I'm up there working on it I can't believe it mine... I'm so in shock that a regular guy like me can actually pull this off. |
