Ha, those u tube vids cracked me up, especially #2. The mobile home estate looks good man! You got settled in there quickly dude. Is that chain link fence the one you straightened the hooks out on your bucket?

Is that chain link fence the one you straightened the hooks out on your bucket? No it's the trees and shrubs that impregnated the old 35year fence. That fence is new.

Scott,
It looks great!! They made a lot of progress in a short time. It is amazing what can get done with the right equipment and skilled operators.
BTW, how did the D8 driving practice go?

The D-8 driving session didn't take place. I just got so swamped with other stuff and I didn't want to take the operator out of the cab and slow the process down.

Great going Scott!!! Shees, it's only been 8 months since you got your pad permit, they sure move like molasses don't they? I hope they don't give you any more heartaches with the rest of the stuff. LA can make you sick with their bureaucratic crap in a heartbeat! Good luck with the rest. Pretty soon we will be seeing your home construction, right? Rob-

The tiles look great. I'm willing to bet the lead content in them is no less than 50%, so they should last a lifetime.
